The level of paperwork required (often times the same documents asked multiple times by different team members) was very exhausting. This is not my first mortgage / refinancing and I would qualify this transaction as the most complexed I’ve ever been a part of. It truly tested my patience and determination to get it done. It was a workout. Keith was great throughout and did an excellent job keeping real. I thank him for that.
