I received the same exact feedback from two different clients and they were not happy at all, Cory's team didn't pick up the phone or didn't returned the calls on time, also that they were not in the same page because they were asking for the same documents at different times. Cory did a great job but my honest feedback is that he needs a more organize team and follow up system.

The level of paperwork required (often times the same documents asked multiple times by different team members) was very exhausting.
This is not my first mortgage / refinancing and I would qualify this transaction as the most complexed I’ve ever been a part of. It truly tested my patience and determination to get it done. It was a workout.
